How do I get in contact?

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship to most international places. 

You can find shipping fees at checkout.

We are not liable for any customs charges that may apply to your country. Customs charges will be your responsibility to pay.

How long does shipping take? 

I aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days from when you place your order.

All orders are sent using the Royal Mail signed for service. You’ll get a confirmation email or text depending of your choice of contact information you provided once your order has been dispatched.

Important: Please double check that your postal address is correct at checkout. You will be reliable for any issues caused if the postal address you provided to us is incorrect. We can not refund you the shipping charge or item cost. 

Can I return my order? 

If you are unhappy with your order please contact us by email or contact form on are website. 

Please send a photo of your order and explain why you are not happy with your order so I can resolve the issues.

If your item is faulty this will be discussed and a replacement/return will be arranged.

We are not eligible to pay for the return cost of items that are, incorrect size, or you don’t like the item when the item is received.

we do not cover the refunds postage cost.     Uk & international parcels.

You have 7 days from receiving your good to contacts us regarding a return. Returns cost will be at the buyers expense this doesn’t apply to damage goods. 

For our UK customers: We must receive your returns item within 4 weeks from when you requested the return. After this time your return will be invalid and we are unable to refund you. 

All refund are issued via your original payment method. Be sure to keep any proof of postage.

Please note we do not accept returns on any Accessories that have been opened this is due to hygiene reasons.
